BEE-OCH, LLC (merchant) reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time.  The amount due to you (the affiliate) at the time of termination will be reviewed and payout determined on a case by case basis but is not guaranteed. The affiliate agrees to actively participate in the affiliate program. Periods of inactivity for 90 days or more may result in account deactivation unless it is approved.
