Thanks for joining our Ambassador Program!
These following Terms and Conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an Ambassador (“you” or “Ambassador”) collectively known as the parties (“the Parties:) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, Ambassador agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Ambassador or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Ambassador Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Ambassador Program Registration.
2. Ambassador Links and Coupon
Ambassador link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an Ambassador link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.
Ambassador might or might not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on Dashboard. If customer both click on the Ambassador link and use coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.
Ambassador may also advertise merchant website on online channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.
3. Commissions and payment
Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee (tax, shipping cost, etc).
For an Ambassador to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings. Payment schedule will be notified on Ambassador Guide page.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Ambassador Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.
Please note: You will need to 100% Independently finance your trips to create content. Ditale Outdoors is not responsible for any travel compensation or outfitter costs that are involved with creating your content.
4. Marketing tool
We may share promotion media such as banner, logo or specific collection promotion to you through Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on Ambassador channels.
Ambassador must follow all FTC Rules and Regulations around disclosures and promotions. We will provide you with a information on how to lawfully promote on social media, blogs, and any other forms of media when it comes to promoting our product.

5. Network
If Network tab is activated, Ambassador can invite others to become their downline Ambassador. If any downline Ambassador brings order to merchant shop, upline Ambassador will also get network commission which depends on merchant settings.
To invite other Ambassadors into the system, share network link and any other Ambassador who click on that link and sign up will become a downline Ambassador.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Merchant has full ownership of all the trademarks and copyrights to the posts and marketing provided for the Merchant's brand. Merchant may use Ambassador copy in marketing material, online social media posts (Website, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn).
7. Indemnification
The Parties each agree to indemnify and hold harmless against any losses, claims, damages, penalties, liabilities, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees of whatsoever kind or amount, which result from the negligence or breach of this Terms and Conditions by the indemnifying party, that occurs in connection with these Terms and Conditions. This section remains in full force and effect even after the termination of the Contract.
8. Arbitration
By accepting these Terms and Conditions Ambassador understands that this these Terms and Conditions shall be binding on him/her, the Ambassador, their heirs, executors, successors and assigns, that the Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, and that jurisdiction and determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions controls notwithstanding any conflicting terms or conditions of any other agreement between the parties. The undersigned agrees to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges receipt of the Terms and Conditions Merchant may require that all claims or disputes between the Ambassador and Merchant and/or its present and former directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and assigns, in any way arising out of or related to the Terms and Conditions be decided by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C., 1, et seq, and in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the AAA that are in effect at the time the demand for arbitration is filed, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise in writing. The decision of the arbitrator(s), which shall state finding of fact and conclusions of law, shall be final, conclusive, and binding on the parties and judgment may be entered thereon in the District Court of Collin County, Texas to enforce the decision.
9. Cookies
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies, then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.
Cookies day is said on the Ambassador registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the Ambassador’s link or use the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the Ambassador (There’s no need for the customer to click on the Ambassador link then).
10. Removal from Referral Program
Merchant reserves the right to remove an Ambassador from the Ambassador Program at any time. Commissions and payment will be issued to the Ambassador up to the date of removal from the program. 11.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be governed following the laws of the State of Texas. If the disputes are not resolved by arbitration, it shall be resolved by litigation in the courts of the Texas, including the federal courts therein. The Parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and agree to accept service of process by mail and hereby waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available to it.
12.Entire Contract
By entering into the Ambassador Program, Ambassador is acknowledging the understanding of the FTC Rules and Regulations and these Terms and Conditions and constitute the entire understanding of the Parties, and revokes and supersedes all prior Terms and Conditions or contracts between the Parties and is intended as a final expression of their Terms and Conditions. It shall not be modified or amended except in writing signed by the Parties hereto and specifically referring to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall take precedence over any other documents which may conflict with these Terms and Conditions.
