Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MEAS Active! Thank you for your interest in joining the MEAS Collective Ambassador Program.

These Terms & Conditions apply to individuals (“you” or “Ambassador”) who apply to or participate in the MEAS Collective Ambassador Program operated by MEAS Active (“we,” “us,” or “MEAS”).

The MEAS Collective is a community-driven ambassador program focused on connection, in-person engagement, word-of-mouth support, and representing MEAS Active in a positive and values-aligned way. This is not a traditional affiliate, influencer, or commission-based program.

By submitting an application or participating in the MEAS Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not apply or participate.


1. Application Review & Acceptance

All applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of MEAS Active. Acceptance into the MEAS Collective is not guaranteed, and MEAS reserves the right to approve, decline, pause, or remove any Ambassador at any time, with or without notice, based on alignment with brand values, community standards, or program needs.


2. Ambassador Discounts & Referral Codes

Approved Ambassadors may receive access to:

  • Exclusive product discounts

  • Early access to collections or events

  • Personalized discount codes to share with friends, family, or community

Personalized discount codes are offered as a bonus perk, not a performance requirement.
Store credit may be earned from qualifying purchases made using an Ambassador’s code when applicable. Store credit is not guaranteed, may vary, and is subject to change, exclusions, or discontinuation at any time.

Discounts and referral benefits may not be shared on coupon aggregation sites or used in misleading or promotional ways outside the spirit of the program.


3. Program Expectations

Ambassadors are encouraged to:

  • Wear and represent MEAS Active authentically

  • Support and attend MEAS events when possible

  • Share MEAS through word-of-mouth and organic social tagging

  • Engage respectfully within the MEAS community

There are no required posting quotas, follower minimums, or sales requirements unless explicitly communicated.


4. Content & Brand Alignment

Any content shared by an Ambassador that tags or references MEAS Active should align with the brand’s values of confidence, inclusivity, kindness, and respect. MEAS Active reserves the right to request removal of content that does not align with these values.

Participation in photoshoots, campaigns, or featured content is by invitation only and not guaranteed.


5. Tracking & Platform Limitations

MEAS Active may use third-party software to track referrals or discount code usage. Tracking is dependent on technical factors outside of MEAS Active’s control, including cookies, browser settings, and platform limitations. MEAS is not responsible for missed tracking or unrecorded activity.


6. Removal from Program

Ambassadors may request removal from the program at any time by contacting [email protected].

MEAS Active reserves the right to remove any Ambassador from the program at its discretion if participation no longer aligns with brand values, community standards, or program goals.


7. Program Changes

MEAS Active reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the MEAS Collective Ambassador Program or its benefits at any time.

Privacy Policy – MEAS Collective Ambassador Program

This Privacy Policy describes how MEAS Active (“we,” “us,” or “MEAS”) collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with the MEAS Collective Ambassador Program and the technology platform used to support it.

MEAS Active is the data controller for personal information collected through the MEAS Collective Ambassador Program.

We use a third-party platform (provided by Secomapp / UpPromote) to support program operations. Secomapp acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes personal data only as necessary to provide these services.


Information Collected from Ambassadors

When you apply to or participate in the MEAS Collective, we may collect:

  • Name and email address

  • Social media handles (optional)

  • Website information (optional)

  • Program-related activity (such as referral or discount code usage)

This information is used to:

  • Review and manage applications

  • Communicate with Ambassadors

  • Administer program benefits

  • Evaluate community engagement and program effectiveness


Information Collected from Customers

To support referral and discount tracking, limited order-related information may be collected when customers make purchases using Ambassador codes or links. This may include order totals, order IDs, and purchased items. No payment details are shared with Ambassadors.


Cookies & Tracking

Cookies may be used to support referral tracking and platform functionality. Cookie tracking depends on user browser settings and permissions. If cookies are disabled or cleared, referral activity may not be tracked.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

Personal information may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (such as Secomapp) solely to operate and support the Ambassador Program. These providers may only use personal data as instructed and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The MEAS Collective Ambassador Program is not intended for children under the age of 13. Individuals under 13 may not participate without parental or guardian consent.

Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by Secomapp under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by Secomapp (the data controller).

 

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

 

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

 

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, Secomapp system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

Use of Secomapp app by Children

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
