PAYMENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS 

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal

The actual charge price to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in any item price. All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid meaning any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its final destination and must be paid by the recipient.

Our contract with you

How we will accept your order

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we have received payment in full, and we have emailed you to confirm that the products you have ordered are being processed ready for delivery, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

If we cannot accept your order

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We may require proof that you are 16 years of age or over in order to accept your order. We may refuse to accept an order for any reason.  If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the products. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because there has been a problem with payment or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the products.

Your order number

    We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

    Our products

    Products may vary slightly from their pictures and descriptions. The images and descriptions of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours, designs and materials accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products and designs. Your product may vary slightly from those images and descriptions.

    Your rights to make changes

      If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract.

      Our rights to make changes

      Minor changes to the products. We may make changes to products from time to time, including:

       - to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; or

       - to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements.

      Ambassador T&Cs

      Ambassadors are eligible for 25% off discount for personal use only. Other use may result in cancellation of order, or ambassdor partership and deactivation of code(s). Ambassdors will recieve 10% commision of total order amount, excluding shipping and VAT costs. No written contracts are required for the NELLA GAMING ambassador program.

      Privacy Policy

      GENERAL RETURNS 

      Exchanges/refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date that the product was received. Please make sure you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.

      In the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item to us, please submit a returns request by emailing us your order number and reason for refund at [email protected]

      Please be aware that returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of submitting the returns request.

      Items must be returned in all original packaging (including dust bag) and in ‘as new’ condition. All tags must not have been removed and must be intact. Please make sure to include your proof of purchase receipt within the package so we can determine who the return belongs to. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We would suggest using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) and obtaining proof of postage. At this stage we are unable to cover return shipping costs.
