Welcome to the OEM NORDIC Affiliate Program.
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the OEM NORDIC Affiliate Program. Throughout these Terms, “OEM NORDIC”, “Merchant”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to OEM NORDIC, and “Affiliate”, “you”, and “your” refer to the individual or business participating in the Affiliate Program.
By registering for or participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not participate in the Affiliate Program.
1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
OEM NORDIC reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any Affiliate account at any time and for any reason without liability.
Applicants whose registrations are rejected shall have no legal claim or right of appeal against OEM NORDIC.
2. Affiliate Links and Promotional Codes
Each Affiliate will receive a unique affiliate tracking link. Affiliates may also generate affiliate links for individual products or collections where available.
If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links before making a purchase, the attribution rules configured by OEM NORDIC’s affiliate platform will determine which Affiliate receives the commission.
Some Affiliates may be assigned promotional coupon codes. Coupon codes remain the property of OEM NORDIC and may only be used by the Affiliate to whom they have been assigned.
If a customer uses both an Affiliate link and a valid coupon code, only one commission will be paid for the order.
Affiliates may promote OEM NORDIC through websites, blogs, newsletters, social media platforms, online communities, videos, magazines, newspapers, and other lawful marketing channels.
Affiliates must always market OEM NORDIC honestly and must not make misleading, false, or unsubstantiated claims regarding our products or services.
3. Commissions and Payments
Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through approved Affiliate links in accordance with the applicable Commission Structure published by OEM NORDIC.
Commissions are calculated on the product value only unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, discounts, and other non-commissionable amounts are excluded.
To receive payment, Affiliates must provide accurate payment information through their Affiliate account.
OEM NORDIC reserves the right to review every transaction before approving commissions.
Commissions will not be paid for:
- Cancelled orders
- Refunded orders
- Fraudulent transactions
- Chargebacks
- Self-referrals unless expressly approved
- Orders that violate these Terms
OEM NORDIC may delay commission payments where fraud, abuse, or unusual purchasing activity is suspected.
4. Marketing Materials
OEM NORDIC may provide banners, logos, product images, promotional graphics, HTML code, or other marketing materials.
Affiliates may use these materials solely for promoting OEM NORDIC during their participation in the Affiliate Program.
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of OEM NORDIC.
4A. Search Engine Marketing and Trademark Use
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on, purchasing, or otherwise using OEM NORDIC’s company name, business name, trademarks, trade names, domain names, product brands, or any confusingly similar words, phrases, abbreviations, or misspellings in any paid search advertising platform, including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Yahoo Ads, or any other search engine marketing platform, without OEM NORDIC’s prior written consent.
This restriction includes, but is not limited to:
- Bidding on keywords such as OEM NORDIC, OEMNORDIC, OEM Nordic, OEMNORDIC.COM, or similar variations or misspellings.
- Using OEM NORDIC trademarks, domain names, or brand names as keywords, headlines, display URLs, paths, destination URLs, or ad copy.
- Direct-linking from paid advertisements to OEM NORDIC using Affiliate tracking links.
- Creating advertisements, websites, landing pages, or promotional materials that imply the Affiliate is OEM NORDIC or is officially endorsed or authorized by OEM NORDIC without written approval.
- Registering or using OEM NORDIC trademarks or confusingly similar names in domain names, subdomains, social media usernames, account names, or online business names without prior written permission.
Affiliates may advertise using generic, descriptive, non-branded keywords provided such advertising complies with these Terms.
Any violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Affiliate account, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, removal from the Affiliate Program, and any other legal remedies available to OEM NORDIC.
5. Network Referrals
Where enabled by OEM NORDIC, Affiliates may invite additional Affiliates into the program using their assigned network referral link.
Network commissions are paid only where configured by OEM NORDIC and are subject to the applicable commission structure.
OEM NORDIC reserves the right to modify or discontinue network commissions at any time.
6. Cookies and Tracking
The Affiliate Program uses cookies and other tracking technologies to attribute referrals.
Cookie duration is specified during Affiliate registration.
If cookies are blocked, deleted, expire, or tracking is otherwise unavailable, OEM NORDIC cannot guarantee referral attribution and no commission shall be payable for untracked sales.
Tracking technology may change at any time without notice.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Engage in spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
- Use misleading advertising.
- Make false claims regarding OEM NORDIC products.
- Impersonate OEM NORDIC.
- Infringe any intellectual property rights.
- Use malware, spyware, adware, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, click fraud, or other fraudulent techniques.
- Generate artificial traffic or fake orders.
- Purchase products through their own Affiliate links unless expressly approved.
- Offer unauthorized discounts or coupons.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination without payment of outstanding commissions.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time.
OEM NORDIC reserves the right to immediately terminate any Affiliate who violates these Terms.
Following termination:
- Affiliate links may be disabled immediately.
- Unpaid commissions earned in violation of these Terms may be forfeited.
- Promotional materials must no longer be used.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OEM NORDIC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
OEM NORDIC makes no guarantee regarding sales volume, commissions, website availability, or uninterrupted operation of the Affiliate Program.
10. Changes to the Affiliate Program
OEM NORDIC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, commission structures, payment schedules, marketing policies, or any other aspect of the Affiliate Program at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Affiliate Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
