Welcome to the Pull Up Case Affiliate Program!
Thank you for your interest in partnering with us.
These Terms and Conditions apply to individuals who participate in our affiliate program (“you” / “affiliate”) to promote products of Pull Up Case GmbH (“we” / “merchant”).

By registering for the program, you agree to the following terms.
If you do not accept all of the terms below, you are not authorized to participate.

1. Approval or Rejection of Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
There is no legal entitlement to acceptance into the program.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupons

Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link.

  • If a customer clicks on multiple affiliate links, the last click counts.

  • You may also receive a personal coupon code.

  • It is not allowed to promote unauthorized or fake discounts.

3. Commission and Payment

  • Commissions are based on the net value of the order (excluding taxes, discounts, shipping).

  • To receive payouts, you must enter valid payment information (e.g. PayPal).

  • Refunds, chargebacks or cancellations are not commissionable.

  • Payouts follow the monthly payout schedule published in your dashboard.

4. Use of Marketing Materials

You may use our official banners, product images, and logo files.
Please do not alter or modify these materials without written approval.

5. Referral Sub-Affiliates (if enabled)

If the sub-affiliate system is activated, you may invite others to the program and receive a small commission for their performance as well.

6. Cookie Duration

Tracking is based on cookies. Standard duration is 30 days.
If a customer deletes cookies or disables tracking, commission attribution cannot be guaranteed.

7. Termination of Participation
