DBW Jewelry is the next generation of charm bracelets, providing the ultimate customization for fashion jewelry! We have 2 unique core products. Our adjustable bracelets feature interchangeable bars that can be unscrewed from the bracelet chain to create new looks. Our bangles feature interchangeable ball ends that can be unscrewed and customized to fit your style. Of course, we can’t forget our beautiful variety of charms, beads, and spacers to add to your bracelets and bangles for the ultimate piece that reflects who you are!

THE PROGRAM BENEFITS

With the acceptance into our affiliate program, you will receive a beautiful charm bracelet or bangle at no charge. Once you receive your jewelry and begin sharing it on social media, you will receive a 25% commission for the initial purchase using your unique URL and discount code as well as each purchase after by that same customer for the life of this agreement. We will also send you new pieces of jewelry as we add to our line.

If you refer another influencer and they are accepted into our Affiliate program, we will give you a $50 online store credit to redeem.

THE PROGRAM GUIDELINES

To remain an affiliate, you must follow these guidelines or this agreement is subject to termination.

·        Create a new post on your feed/timeline (this does not include stories or IGTV) featuring DBW Jewelry exclusively 1x a month for 3 consecutive months of this agreement

·        Each monthly post must be different (cannot be recycled from the previous month)

·        The caption must talk about DBW Jewelry, what you think about the brand, the benefits, where your audience can shop, and it must include your unique URL and discount code

·        You must tag DBW in your post on Facebook and/or Instagram

·        The content needs to be appealing (good lighting, jewelry must be clear, good representation of our brand, etc…)

·        To receive your first bracelet, you must visit www.dbwjewelry.com/pages/new-design and build a bracelet from the following configurations, then add to your cart. Email customerservice@dbwjewelry with a screenshot of your pieces and we will ship them to you.

·        Your bracelet selections via our Bracelet Builder

EARNING COMMISSIONS

To receive your 25% commission, a customer needs to make a purchase using your unique discount code at checkout. Once that customer has used your discount code, we will track any purchases after the initial sale and give you a 25% commission on each order as long as this agreement is active.

Commissions are best earned through social media posting (dedicated posts, stories, lives, etc…)

COMMISSION TRACKING

To track your commissions, leads, and payments please use our Affiliate dashboard. There you will find your unique URL and discount code. You can find the Affiliate dashboard at https://dbwjewelry.com/pages/register-affiliate-account and click LOGIN.

GETTING THE MOST OUT OF OUR PROGRAM

The following guidelines are recommended in order to get the most out of this Affiliate program.

CONTENT

The DBW Jewelry related content/photos you post should be:

·        Clear (not blurry or out of focus)

·        Informative

·        Interesting

You should feature different aspects of the brand such as the interchangeability, the high quality of the jewelry, the 1 year guarantee, the online bracelet builder, the cost compared to competitors, the gift box, etc…

SHARING

While you are required to post 1x a month for 3 consecutive months, it is best to share as much as possible. The more exposure our brand gets, the more likely you are to earn commissions. We ask that you be honest and authentic when sharing our brand. Sharing should be done across as many channels as possible like Pinterest, Stories, Lives, Snapchat, Forums, etc…

KNOWLEDGE

We recommend getting to know our product as much as possible so that your audience can ask you questions about our brand. Points of interest are:

·        Our 1 year guarantee on purchases

·        Our high quality standards

·        Our price compared to competitors

·        Cleaning and maintenance

·        Our product range

·        How our products interchange (fashion bars vs. charm bars)

·        The online bracelet builder

·        Where people can shop

DBW AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

By signing up with our Affiliate Program you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Links & Promotion

On acceptance of the terms and conditions you will be supplied a unique URL to share and gain affiliates from. To be eligible to earn an affiliate fee, the user must click-through a unique link and use your discount code for their first purchase.

Your affiliate ID is valid until you or we terminate this agreement. If the customer fails to use your discount code at checkout, you will not earn an affiliate fee.

Fees & Payment

The affiliate fee is 25% of our revenue from new customer that you refer. Your affiliate fees will be paid by check at the end of each month and will be mailed to the address on file.

If the customer cancels or changes their order your income for that customer will also reflect that change.

We will pay the affiliate fee until the affiliate agreement is terminated.

Affiliate fees will be paid only on links and/or coupon codes that are tracked and reported in the affiliate system. The visitor must have cookies enabled to be able to track the affiliate ID.

Affiliate fees are paid via check monthly. We only use checks as a payment option and you must provide your legal name and mailing address to receive affiliate fees.

Affiliate fees are calculated based on the USD prices and will be paid in USD.

All affiliate summary details are available via the Affiliate Dashboard under Commission.

Termination

This agreement will begin upon your acceptance of Terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time. To terminate please contact us at [email protected]

Any violation of these terms may result in, termination or suspension from our Affiliate program and loss of any outstanding payments earned during the violation.

Important notes

You may not use the Affiliate Program to earn affiliate fees on your own account or accounts if you own multiple and accounts where you are a subuser on.

We have a zero tolerance for spamming and using our Affiliate Program for unwanted, mass communication. Any complaints received due to misuse of this program will result in the termination of the agreement and forfeiture of the accumulated commission.

We reserve the right to update and change the terms without notice. Any modifications to these terms are available at any times under your Affiliate Dashboard in the Guide section. If you continue to use the Affiliate Program you are agreeing to any amendments made to the terms.

We reserve the right to change the affiliate fee structure at our discretion or disqualify affiliate fees earned through fraudulent, illegal, or questionable sales or marketing methods.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, charges, levies, assessments and other fees of any kind imposed on your involvement in this agreement and shall be the responsibility of, and payable by you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
